I’ve never tried any other brand, so I can only speak of this one.
I find it’s great for spacing out the times when I vape. I’m trying to quit, so I thought that trying the pouches to taper off might be a good idea!

Can only compare to Zyn and these are awful. I couldn’t leave them in my mouth for more then a few minutes before my gums were hurting. Ended up tossing them in the garbage and wished I just had bought Zyn instead.
