Not sure if it’s just a fluke or not, but I’ve tried taking this as microdose (125mg) twice and it gave me serious gut cramping both times. I don’t typically get GI symptoms from dried product, and historically have microdosed using ground dried whole shrooms with no problems. Maybe I just got unlucky. The product tastes good, but I’m a bit reluctant to finish the rest of it due to the GI symptoms…
